About me

I am a passionate photographer based in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, just a stone's throw from the French border.

I discovered my enthusiasm for photography in Asia, where I lived for a few years for professional reasons. I knew that this was a "once in a lifetime" event, which I absolutely had to capture in pictures.

After initially concentrating on travel photography, people photography quickly became my new focus - more specifically, what I call “soulful” people photography.

“Soulful” people photography, which stands out from the crowd, is first and foremost very personal! The pictures reveal something about the model - and as much about the photographer. Ideally the model “tells” the photographer’s story.

I strongly believe that this is the “secret sauce” to photos that are special and that you want to look at again and again.
